Cheesecake needs to set up in the fridge.
You don't need to decorate the top, but it looks nicer.
Mix together the biscuits & butter.
Press into a tin.
Mix together the cream cheese, icing & vanilla.
Add the chocolate.
Add the cream.
Whisk until thickened.
Fold in the bueno bars.
Pour on top of the base.
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
Decorate the cheesecake with sweetened whipped cream, drizzled chocolate & bueno bars.
