Best Vanilla Cake
You can fill the cake with jam, cream, buttercream or chocolate.
Heat oven 335/170 degrees.
Place 4 oz of milk & oil in a cup. Set aside.
Mix together remaining milk, vanilla & eggs. Set aside.
In a stand mixer Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarb & salt.
Slowly add the butter until it resembles sand.
Add milk & oil to the mixture.
Mix for 2 full mins.
Add 1/3 of the egg mixture.
Continue until all egg is used.
Pour into tins & bake for 25 mins until cooked through.
Stack the cake with jam & cream.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Cut & serve.
