ever wonder what to do with your leftover chinese food rice?
Every time i order Chinese food i am never able to eat all of the rice, if any. And if it sits in the fridge for too long it becomes inedible.
So this time i decided to put together some rice pudding, with the limited ingredients in my sisters house.

  • Step 1

    Like always, gather all of your ingredients beforehand. My rice was still warm, but if yours has been sitting in the fridge for a bit, heat it up some.

  • Step 2

    Mix the egg white thoroughly through the rice, and then add the milk, sugar, and vanilla. and microwave on high for 2 minutes, and stir.

  • Step 3

    Add cinnamon, and sliced banana, or raisins, or any other low juice good in warm food type fruit =]. then microwave at 50% for 9 minutes, stopping and stirring every 2 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Cover and let sit for 15 minutes, or until cool.

  • Step 5

    Eat and enjoy!

    or put in fridge and eat and enjoy later =]

oh well im sure you could =] but you'd have to make sure that the pudding is more of a thing to hold the rice together type thing, as opposed to like the main thing to it. lol. but yeah go for it and try sound like it'd be good =]

can you make this with instant 5 minute banana pudding and rice? and brown sugar?
