Baileys Fudge
This is easy to make.
It has a pleasant flavour of Baileys without being over powering.
You can add as much as 1/2 cup of Baileys if you wish. The mixture will not set up as hard as if you are using less Baileys.

Step 1Place chocolate & condensed milk into a bowl
Microwave for 1 min, stir.
Heat for 30 more seconds.
Stir through.

Step 2Stir in the Baileys & vanilla.

Step 3Pour into a tin.

Step 4Press the chocolate chips into the top.
Place in the fridge to set for atleast 4 hrs.

Step 5Cut into squares & serve.
