This is easy to make. It has a pleasant flavour of Baileys without being over powering. You can add as much as 1/2 cup of Baileys if you wish. The mixture will not set up as hard as if you are using less Baileys.

You will need

1 cup Condensed Milk 21 oz Chocolate 1/4 cup Baileys 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Description

Instructions

1. 

   Place chocolate & condensed milk into a bowl Microwave for 1 min, stir. Heat for 30 more seconds. Stir through.

2. 

   Stir in the Baileys & vanilla.

3. 

   Pour into a tin.

4. 

   Press the chocolate chips into the top. Place in the fridge to set for atleast 4 hrs.

5. 

   Cut into squares & serve.
