If you love peanut butter and chocolate as much as I do and don't like recipes that take too long or require too many ingredients, then these cookies are made for you. These peanut butter thumbprints are simple and quick to make, making it a perfect opportunity for the little hands to help out in the kitchen. Also, they don't have any flour, thus, using the right ingredients you can make a gluten-free and delicious treat for all ages.

  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 350F. In a bowl combine your egg, peanut butter and sugar until you obtain an even dough.

  • Step 2

    Scoop the dough into a greased baking tray. Gently, using your fingers, press a chocolate button on top of each cookie dough ball.

  • Step 3

    Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the borders are firm. Let cool for some minutes and enjoy!
