not so healthy, deliciously good cookies
I had left over whole wheat flour sitting in my pantry. I decided to make cookies. It's way good and super easy.

Add butter and sugars in a big bowl. Beat it until well blended.

Then, add vanilla extract and egg. Blend well.

In a different bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt.

Beat the dough while adding the dry ingredients. (You want to add in the dry ingredients little at a time until well blended.)

    Fold in the chocolates.

On an ungreased cookie sheet, scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough on to the sheet. You want to have a 2in. space between the cookies.

    Bake for 8-10 minutes.

    makes about 3 dozen cookies.
