I had left over whole wheat flour sitting in my pantry. I decided to make cookies. It's way good and super easy.
Add butter and sugars in a big bowl. Beat it until well blended. Then, add vanilla extract and egg. Blend well. In a different bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt. Beat the dough while adding the dry ingredients. (You want to add in the dry ingredients little at a time until well blended.) Fold in the chocolates. On an ungreased cookie sheet, scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough on to the sheet. You want to have a 2in. space between the cookies. Bake for 8-10 minutes. makes about 3 dozen cookies.
