Step 1
Smooth 6oz of unsalted butter in a food mixer or with a hand blender.

Add all 12 oz of the sieved icing sugar with water, mix slowly for 2 mins until mixture has combined.

Step 3
Add grated white chocolate and mix on the fastest setting until smooth.

Step 4The mixture is ready to pipe or spread over your cooled cupcakes.
