White Chocolate & Lime Cheesecake
Best left overnight to set.
Combine all base ingredients.
Press into a tin.
Combine the lime juice & gelatine.
Whip cream to stiff peaks.
Mix together the cream cheese & sugar.
Add the condensed milk.
Let cool a little.
Pour chocolate into cheese.
Heat the lime juice a little to melt the gelatine.
Pour into the cheese.
Fold in the cream.
Pour the cheese over the base.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hrs but best overnight.
Cut & serve.
