  Step 1

  Combine all base ingredients.

• 

  Step 2

  Press into a tin.

  Set aside.

  Combine the lime juice & gelatine.

  Set aside.

  Whip cream to stiff peaks.

  Set aside.

• 

  Step 5

  Mix together the cream cheese & sugar.

• 

  Step 6

  Add the condensed milk.

  Mix through.

• 

  Step 7

  Melt chocolate.

  Let cool a little.

• 

  Step 8

  Pour chocolate into cheese.

  Mix through.

• 

  Step 9

  Heat the lime juice a little to melt the gelatine.

  Pour into the cheese.

  Mix through.

• 

  Step 10

  Fold in the cream.

• 

  Step 11

  Pour the cheese over the base.

  Refrigerate for at least 6 hrs but best overnight.

• 

  Step 12

  Cut & serve.
