a nice decoration
this is my first attempt at a wax painting... i probably didnt even do it right, but i think it loooks cool

  • How to make a mixed media. Wax Trees - Step 1
    Step 1

    smash up candles (easier to melt) and i used a fondu type thing to help melt the wax that i put into the pop can

    Step 2

    take the melted wax (hold the can with oven mits, it gets really hot) and pour it onto the board, layering the wax to create the image you want

    Step 3

    i painted the background, carved out a few things, and voila!

Can we just use a pot to melt the wax if we don't have a fondue thing?
