Vanilla & Peanut Butter Icecream Cake.
This is a great cake for a summer birthday.
Make or buy the chocolate cakes.
Split them through the middle.
Whisk the cream & icing sugar together until soft peaks.
Mix the cream cheese & sugar together.
Add the milk & stir through until smooth.
Split into two portions.
In one portion put vanilla & mix through.
In the second portion add the peanut butter & mix til smooth.
Add 1/2 the whipped cream to the vanilla mixture.
Add the remaining cream to the peanut butter mixture.
Layer the cake & cream up til all is used.
Wrap up & freeze for approximately 6 hrs.
Heat the cream in the unit just boiling.
Pour over the chocolate.
Allow to sit for approximately 5 mins & the chocolate to melt.
Stir to combine.
Allow the topping to stand for 5 mins.
Pour over the top of the cake.
Push some topping over the edge.
Place the peanut butter cups on top of the cake
Cut & serve.
