Ultimate Sticky Toffee Pudding
This is the best & ultimate sticky toffee pudding.
It is very easy to make.
Pour the water over the dates.
Let sit for 1 hr.
Cream the butter & sugar together.
Heat oven 175/350 degrees.
Add eggs to butter, one at a time. Beat to combine.
Add the flour, baking powder & soda.
Mix to combine.
Add the dates & vanilla to the mixture.
Pour into tin.
Cook for approx 50 mins until cooked fully.
To make the sauce...
Combine all ingredients in a pot.
Heat through until all ingredients are combined & the sauce is thickened.
Cut cake & pour the sauce over.
Best served with ice cream.
