A candy inspired twist on the gin & tonic!
Inspired by hints of citrus and lemon in Pickering's Gin, the idea for a turkish delight cocktail came to mind. This twist on a gin & tonic combines gin with lemon liqueur, rose lemonade and rose sugar for a drink that's sure to tempt anyone to take a sip.

Step 1Blend together the icing sugar and rose petals in to a fine powder.

Step 2Spoon a small amount into two the bottom of your glass.

Step 3Fill your glass half full with ice and a slice of lemon.

Step 4Pour in the gin and limoncello.

Step 5Top with rose lemonade and serve.
