They are a great way to use up left over turkey.

Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Line a muffin tin with layers of filo pastry.

Step 2Bake the pastry for approximately 7 mins.

Step 3Cook bacon in butter.

Step 4Add flour & mix to form a stiff dough.

Step 5Add milk a little at a time.
Make a thick sauce.

Step 6Add chopped turkey to the sauce.

Step 7Add the sauce to the pastry cases.

Step 8Serve hot.
