Turkey Bacon Pies
These are quick & easy to make.
They are a great way to use up left over turkey.
Heat oven 200 degrees.
Line a muffin tin with layers of filo pastry.
Bake the pastry for approximately 7 mins.
Cook bacon in butter.
Add flour & mix to form a stiff dough.
Add milk a little at a time.
Make a thick sauce.
Add chopped turkey to the sauce.
Add the sauce to the pastry cases.
