Dress
This multi layer blue dress was inspired by my favorite anime character, Miku Hatsune. It has 4 layers, the longest being the turquoise under the 3 white layers. This was the first thing I've ever made. It has a lining under the tulle part for modesty reasons. (Don't want cha cheeks showing) the tulle was cut and pleated together, sewn over, then attached to the top. The top as two layers for structure and so its not see trough. It has a zipper in the back for closure.
