Three layers of delicious cheesecake with an Oreo base.
It has a soft, light & Mousse like texture.

You Will Need

Step 1Base...
Mix ingredients together.
Press into a tin.

Step 2Cheesecake...
Mix together cheese & icing sugar.

Step 3Whip cream & vanilla together to soft peaks.

Step 4Fold together cream & cheese mixture.

Step 5Fold half the cheese mixture into the chocolate.

Step 6Pour over the base.

Step 7Pour the remaining cheese mixture over the chocolate mixture.
Place in the fridge for at least 1 hr.

Step 8Topping...
Heat all ingredients together until smooth & melted.
Leave to cool a little.

Step 9Pour over the top of the cheesecake.
Allow to set.

Step 10Cut & serve.
