Toad in the hole with onion gravy
A great & filling dinner.
This is easy to make you can double up the ingredients to feed more or less people.

You Will Need

Step 1Mix the plain flour, milk & eggs together to make a batter.
Place in fridge for at least 30 mins.

Step 2Heat the oven to highest temp.
Place the sausage in a dish & cook for 15 mins.
Turn the sausage over & cook for another 15 mins.

Step 3Make the gravy...
Cook out the onions.

Step 4Add flour to the onions.
Stir through.
Add a little stock at a time & cook out.

Step 5Add the batter to the sausage.
Reduce the temp to 220 degrees.

Step 6cook for approximately 30 mins until the batter is cooked through.

Step 7Serve with onion gravy.
