Stamp it on your Christmas gifts and cards
Every year I give out a tiny Christmas card with a piece of candy for my colleagues, and every year the card is different and DIYed. This is the second one I made since last year.

  • How to make a stamper. Tiny Christmas Theme Stamp - Step 1
    Step 1

Plan what you want to carve. Bear in mind that the stamp's color will be reverted (what's blank here will be ink when stamp-printed).

Also you might want to avoid complicated patterns, as carving isn't as easy as drawing.

    Step 2

The stamp's pattern is horizontally flipped. See, if the drawing is exactly what you want (girl on the left), the the carving is flipped over( girl on the right)

  • Step 3

You may flip over the drawing, replicate the drawing on the eraser with a slim marker..

    Step 4

Now carve carefully. Consider how you want the shade to be.. In my case, the outlines are carved out, making the printing on dark backgrounds with white outlines.. If you go the other way around, you need to carefully carve out anything else rather than the outlines (in this way it will look the same as the original drawing design)

  • Step 5

When you are about to finish, try it with the stamp pad and see how it goes... Adjust certain areas if necessary.. Then you are ready for mass production! Cheers!
