Step 1Heat oven 175/350 degrees.
Beat together butter, sugars, vanilla & vinegar.

Step 2Mix in egg until just combined.

Step 3Fold in flour, bicarb & salt until just combined.

Step 4Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5Scoop onto a tray.
Bake for 8-10 mins.
Leave to cool on the tray.
