Step 1Boil the pasta.
Cook the chicken in a little oil.

Step 2Add the carrot, onion, ginger & garlic.
Cook for a few mins.

Step 3Mix together the honey, peanut butter, vinegar, soya & sriracha.
Pour over the chicken & vegetables.
Cook out for a few until the sauce thickens.

Step 4Combine the chicken & pasta together.

Step 5Serve with spring onions sprinkled on top.
