Needs to set overnight.
Puerto Rican Dessert
Whisk together the corn flour & 1 can of coconut milk until smooth.
Combine above with remaining milk, sugar & salt.
Cook on medium heat for 5 mins continuously stirring.
Reduce heat & cook for 3 mins until thickened.
Pour into moulds until cold. Cover & set in fridge overnight.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
