Tasty Chicken & Mushrooms
This is a very good dish for feeding a crowd or a single portion.
You can make in advance & reheat in the oven when needed.

Step 1Cut chicken into strips. Not too thin.
Coat in seasoned flour.

Step 2Fry in oil.

Step 3Set chicken aside.

Step 4In the same pan you cooked the chicken, fry the garlic & onions for a few mins.

Step 5Add the mushrooms & peppers & cook until the pan is dry.

Step 6Add chicken stock to the pan & cook for approx 5 mins.

Step 7Reduce the heat & add cream cheese & mix through.

Step 8Pour over the chicken.

Step 9Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes.
