Scottish Tablet ice cream
This ice cream is super yummy.
You will need an ice cream machine to make this.
You can use store bought, or home made tablet to make this also.
I have a recipe listed on my other projects to make home made tablet.

You Will Need

Step 1Whisk sugar & eggs until pale & light.

Step 2Add vanilla.
Stir to combine.

Step 3Add cream & milk.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Pour into ice cream machine & churn for approx 1 hr.

Step 5Remove from machine.
Place into tub.

Step 6Crumble some of the tablet into the ice cream.
Leave some bigger pieces.
Fold in.

Step 7Serve.
