Super Cute Handkerchief Skirt!

It's a really adorable poofy-ish skirt that everyone will enjoy!
I have always wanted a bandanna skirt, so I looked at tutorials online, and I found one I loved, but it was meant for a little kid :( So I decided to make the skirt a combo of her design and mine! I worked on the skirt for a while, getting frustrated A LOT, but eventually I came out with a really cute skirt that I will love and wear forever! :D

All it is is a cheap mini skirt underneath with a handkerchiefs sewed on in layers. It's that simple! Just fold the handkerchief into forths like it naturally goes, cut out a 5" triangle off the one completely folded corner (its just the area with all the folds, , unfold it and you should have a cut out square in the middle. cut down one of the crease lines, and then you basically have a hanging handkerchief chain. Then you figure out how many hankies you will need to go around you and the skirt, and sew the amount you need all together so its in one big loop. Then pin it to the mini skirt where you want it, and sew it on! Do the same thing make the other layers. You can do as many layers as you want! Sorry if that was totally confusing...
