What you need:
Fresh basil leaves
Bread (I choose tiger bread but the choice is yours)
1: chop the tomatoes in half and place them in the bottom of the oven dish.
2: Tear up the basil and spread over the top of the tomatoes.
3: Grate the cheese over the top.
4: Sprinkle with olive oil.
5: Crack the egg's over the mixture.
6: Place in the oven on a low heat for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked thoroughly.
7: Take out the oven, plate with some bread of your choice.
