Heat oven 175 degrees.
Cut the stems of the mushrooms.
Fry mushrooms, onion & garlic.
Add breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, & pepper.
Stir through to combine.
Add the parmigiana.
Place filling into mushrooms.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Bake for 20-25 mins.
