Easy to make.
Needs to set up in the fridge for at least 3 hrs.
Mix all ingredients together.
Press into the tin.
Whip cream until stiff.
Mix together half the strawberries, cream cheese & icing sugar.
Fold in the cream to the strawberry mixture.
Fold in the remaining strawberries.
Pour on top of the base.
Place in the fridge for 3hrs or overnight.
Decorate with extra strawberries.
Cut & serve.
