sweet and spicy nuts baked in maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cook sheet with parchment paper. Lay all pecans in a single layer on the sheet.
Sprinkle cinnamon, sea salt, and chili powder all over the nuts. Drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup.
Mix the nuts on the cookie sheet until all nuts are covered in the spice mixture. Bake for 15 minutes total, mixing every 5 minutes.
Let cool as a single layer. Store in an air tight container.
