The perfect camping treat!
We went camping at the weekend, so I baked a batch of brownies topped with cookies and marshmallows to take along. The marshmallows toasted perfectly on top while the cookies caramelised into a sticky yummy layer. I will definitely be baking these again!

Step 1
Whisk together the butter, sugar and eggs.
Step 2
Add the flour, cocoa, walnuts and crumble in half of the cookies and marshmallows.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and smooth off the top with a spatula.
Step 4
Crumble on the remaining biscuit and top evenly with the remaining marshmallows.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes at 200'C and watch the marshmallows toast and cookies caramelise on top of your brownies.
