Step 1Heat oil in a pan.
Add potatoes, salt & pepper.
Fry until golden & cooked through (15mins).
Remove from the pan.

Step 2Fry the sausage, onion, garlic & peppers.

Step 3Add potatoes back into the pan.
Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
Heat through.

Step 4Serve.
