Wear your bones on the outside...
Sorry for the blurry first picture, I plan to replace it as soon as I took a better one. :P

I revamped a super large shirt to almost-fit and an extremely wide, non-symmetrical neckline and handpainted a ribcase on it. Just lovelovelove the outcome. Wear over a longsleeve shirt, just a bra or any other top.

Or one could just search for the actual stencil. Don't see any difference.

i bet if anyone wanted to make one of these all they'd have to do is find a pic of a shirt like that they like print it up and have it blown up to the size of a real shirt and ushe that as a stencil
