These are delicious.
Easy to make.
I ran out of Rice Krispie so l topped the mixture up with coco pops.
Melt the butter
Add marshmallows to butter & melt together.
Add Rice Krispie.
Stir to coat.
Press into a tray.
Melt caramels & milk together until smooth.
Toast coconut on a tray for 10 mins at 180 degrees.
Stir it a couple of times to ensure it doesn't burn.
Stir coconut into caramel.
Pour caramel over Krispies & level out.
Allow to cool completely.
Cut the Krispie into squares.
melt the chocolate.
Dip the bottom of the squares into the chocolate.
Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top of the squares.
Allow to set.
