Salted Caramel Fudge
Easy to make & tasty to eat.

    Step 1

    Combine condensed milk, sugar, brown sugar, glucose, golden syrup & butter together in a pan.

    Stir without boiling until sugar has dissolved.

  • Step 2

    Bring to a simmer.

    Simmer at a rolling bubble for 5-6 mins, stirring constantly.

    It should be slightly thickened.

    Step 3

    Remove from the heat.

    Stir in the chocolate & half the salt.

    Pour into a tin.

    Sprinkle with the remaining salt.

    Allow to cool.

    Cover with cling film & refrigerate overnight.
