You Will Need

Step 1Click on image to enlarge and then save as or download as needed.

Step 2I cut the template out and traced it onto a piece of black shrink plastic.

Step 3I then punched two 1/4 inch holes in the plastic before shrinking.

Step 4A few jump rings and chain and I've got myself a new necklace for Halloween!
THERE ARE TO MANY AWESOME PROJECTS ON HERE THAT USE IT! AHHHH!
