I love rhubarb! I love jam! So I thought why not make rhubarb jam!
Have you even been at the grocery store and just had to have something? I do all the time! My last impulse items was rhubarb! It was they and look amazing! So to say goobbuy to summer here in Tucson I decited to make raspberry rhubarb jam.
First I put the rhubarb and the sugar together in a large pot and let it sit for a few minites. Then I cook the rhubarb on a meduim heat untill it boiled. When the rhubarb was cooked I added the raspberrys. Then raspberrys cooked very fast! I let the jam thicked and when it was doon cooking I canned it. Now I have lot of homemade jam! I have been eating it by the jar!
