I attend slimming world so doing a low fat quick cooking pasta for work has been very helpful. Love pasta sooooo much x
put the pasta in a sauce pan of boiling water and cook for recommended time. In another pan, spray with fry light and cook the quorn turning occassionally till golden brown.
Chop all the vegetables and put in a large bowl ready for mixing. Add the quorn and pasta ontop.
Add 3-4 table spoons of extra light mayo, salt and pepper to taste and mix all together.
