Step 1Heat oil.
Cook the pork.
Remove & set aside.

Step 2Add the Sofrito, peas, tomato, cumin & sazon to the pot.
Cook for 3-4 mins.

Step 3Add the water, rice, olives & pork.
Stir & bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & simmer until rice is cooked about 30 mins.
Do not open the lid while cooking.

Step 4Add salt & fluff rice.

Step 5Serve.
