Step 1Cook rice in water.

Step 2Coat chicken in flour, salt, pepper & oregano.
Fry in oil & 1 tbsp butter.
Remove to a dish.

Step 3Add 1 tbsp butter, mushrooms & garlic.
Cook for 10 mins.

Step 4Add the wine cook for a few mins.

Step 5Add the stock.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat

Step 6Add chicken to pan.
Cook until sauce is thickened.

Step 7Serve the chicken over the rice.
