You Will Need

Step 1Squeeze the starch out of the potatoes.
In a bowl mix together potatoes, eggs, salt, pepper & onion.

Step 2Add the flour to make a dough.

Step 3Heat oil.
Place spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan & fry until golden brown.
Turn & fry on the other side until cooked.

Step 4
Remove from the oil & drain on kitchen paper.

Step 5Serve warm.
