These are great for a picnic.
They are good hot or cold.
Combine water, yeast & sugar.
Let sit for 10 mins.
Combine flour & salt.
Make a well in the middle.
Add the oil & eggs to the yeast mixture.
Stir to combine.
Add the liquid to the flour.
Knead to make a dry, smooth dough.
Cover with cling film & allow to rise for approx 1 hr.
Knock back the dough.
Cut into portions.
Roll out the dough into circles.
Add a little sauce, cheese, ham & pepperoni.
Pull dough shut & seal at the bottom.
Shape into round bun shapes.
Place onto an oiled tray.
Cover with cling film & allow to rise again.
Heat oven 325/160 degrees.
Bake for approx 15-20 mins.
