Cover nachos in your favourite pizza toppings for the ultimate snack!
You can either buy tortilla chips, make some from scratch or coat tortilla bread with oil and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes before cutting them in to triangles.
Chop up all of your favourite pizza toppings ready to sprinkle. We used black & green olives, gherkins and meat-free salami.
Place the tortilla chips in a bowl and top with lots and lots of cheese.
Sprinkle on the toppings.
Add your favourite sauce and season with herbs. We used BBQ sauce and mustard.
Top with salsa, guacamole and sour cream before serving.
