• 

  Step 1

  Flatten out your biscuits.

• 

  Step 2

  Put 1 spoon full of pizza sauce in the center of the biscuit, do not spread it. Be sure not to put too much on, or it'll make it difficult to pinch the dough together later.

• 

  Step 3

  Add a pinch of shredded cheese, and pepperoni to your biscuit (keeping it in the center). I used mini pepperoni, if you use regular size, only use a slice.

• 

  Step 4

  Carefully pull up the edges and pinch it together. It should look like this.

• 

  Step 5

  Here is an example of what happens if there's too much sauce on the biscuit, it doesn't pinch together well because the sauce squeezes out easily.

  Step 6

  If you end up with a few balls that are falling apart, you can sacrifice a biscuit, and use little pieces to patch up the screw ups.

• 

  Step 7

  Place your balls on a baking sheet, about 1 to 2 inches apart.

• 

  Step 8

  Melt about a 1/2 stick of butter, and either spoon or brush some over the tops of the pizza balls.

• 

  Step 9

  Sprinkle some garlic powder and basil over the tops of the balls.

• 

  Step 10

  Sprinkle a little bit of cheese on the tops.

• Step 11

  Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, at 450 degrees. Make sure they have a nice golden brown color to them.

• 

  Step 12

  Ta da! Delicious pizza balls!

Looks awesome! I've made jalepeno and mushroom poppers with pizza dough too, I'm sure it would work with biscuits as well!
