Upcycle an old t-shirt into a peter pan collared top!
I have many boring old t-shirts that I never use in my wardrobe. I thought I'd spice one up by adding a crocheted collar to it and rolling up the sleeves.

Here's how I did it!

  • How to make a collared top. Peter Pan Collared T Shirt - Step 1
    Step 1

Start by measuring how much of the crocheted ribbon you need to go around the collar in the design you want. I've done a peter pan type of collar. Cut the ribbon to the desired length.

Use your scissors and cut away the excess fabric. You want the neckline to be where the ribbon is sewn on. But be careful not to cut into the stitches that attaches the ribbon to the t-shirt.
