Step 1Combine melted butter & brown sugar.
Stir well.

Step 2Add corn syrup.
Stir well.

Step 3Add peanut butter & vanilla.
Stir well.

Step 4Add the oats.
Stir until coated.

Step 5Press into a tin.

Step 6Make the topping...
Add all ingredients into bowl.

Step 7Microwave until melted.
Stir to combine.

Step 8Pour on top of the oats.
Spread & level out.

Step 9Leave aside to set.
When set, cut into bars.

Step 10Cut into bars.
Serve.
