Made these cupcakes for my nephews. They came out so delicious, most of them were gone within an hour.

Step 1
mix eggs, butter, water, cake mix well until the mix is smooth and add the mini peanut butter cups. Mix them in with a spatula.
Place liners on the cupcake trays and pour the mix in. Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. -
Step 2
Let the cupcakes cool.
Add a layer of nutella to the top of the cupcake. -
Step 3pipe some peanut butter on top of the nutella and add a few mini peanut butter cups and you are done.
