Chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips
Whisk together the vegetable oil, egg and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the self-raising flour, cocoa and salt.
Add the flour mix and peanut butter chips to the oil.
Whisk until well combined.
Add the soya milk, a tablespoon at a time, until the dough reaches a nice consistency.
Spoon the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Y
Bake at 180'C for 10 minutes.
You should have enough dough for two batches, roughly 18 cookies.
