Lemon and sugar, blinder!
Good job with the mix. Finding the right pan for the job is hard, you need a flat bottom and preferably curved sides for the flip.
When melting chocolate in the microwave, be careful not to let it burn.
Some people use sunflower oil instead of butter, because it gets alot hotter. I personally prefer the butter, if your going to have pancakes, might as well make it as fattening as possible!

Happy I love pancakes, make 'em a lot. It's good to see someone who doesn't complicate the mix, egg flour and milk are really all you need for great pancakes.. sept for the topping of course! I'll just usually go with golden syrup since i rarely have much food in the house :/... but i love them just the same. Ooh and yeah boyfriends love 'em, would be good breakfast in bed for them since they are a blank canvas n could write stuff on them in chocolate, syrup or whateve Happy
