You Will Need

  • How to take a bokeh photograph. Out Of Focus Photography (On Purpose!) - Step 1
    Step 1

Set your camera lens from auto focus to manual. Before you do this make sure your focal point is where you want it to make the object as blurry as you want. You can test this by focusing on something, releasing the shutter and then aiming you camera at the desired object. This also depends on aperture, less blur you want a higher aperture and for more blur you want less.<- this is not my photo but it shows an average switch usually with an A for auto and M for manual

  • Step 2

Ya, just go! You can switch back to auto and focus on an object closer or farther to get desired blur effect
