Step 1Mix 2 tbsp oil with the spice/ herbs.

Step 2Place chicken into spice mix & coat.

Step 3Heat a few tbsp oil in a pan
Add the chicken & brown.

Step 4Remove the chicken.
Cook the onion & garlic for a few mins.

Step 5Add the rice to the onions.
Stir through.
Add the stock.

Step 6Add the peppers.
Stir through.

Step 7Add the chicken
Reduce the heat.
Cook until the rice is softened.

Step 8Serve.
